The journey of Weifang Zhongyi Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. began with a vision to reshape Shandong’s prefabricated housing landscape. In 2011, we anchored our headquarters in the Construction Industrial Park of Qiaoguan Town, Changle County. This 570 – mupark, backed by a 1.1 – billion – RMB investment, provided the ideal launchpad. A small team of pioneers started here, driven by the mission to set new quality standards for prefabricated housing.

Strategic Expansion

In the initial growth phase, we focused on strategic planning. We leveraged the park’s abundant resources to outline a clear roadmap: to build Shandong’s largest prefabricated housing production base. This period was marked by laying the groundwork for expansion, including site development plans and initial equipment procurement, setting the stage for rapid growth.

Following the strategic foundation, we entered a stage of rapid development. We expanded facilities, upgraded equipment, and recruited industry experts. Beyond scaling up, we refined manufacturing processes—prioritizing precision and adaptability to meet diverse market needs (residential, commercial, etc.). Our independent roll – forming workshops are furnished with state – of – the – art equipment, enabling us to produce high – quality profiles precisely and efficiently. In the automatic welding workshops, advanced welding robots and automated systems ensure strong and stable connections for all structural components. The automatic color steel panel production workshops can manufacture a wide range of color steel panels with different specifications and finishes, meeting diverse aesthetic and functional requirements. The final assembly workshops are designed to streamline the process of putting together modular housing units, guaranteeing a high – quality end – product. These complete production facilities not only enhance our production capacity but also ensure the consistency and stability of product quality.

Professional R & D and Divisions

To further drive innovation and specialization, we have established a Modular Housing Research Institute. This research institute is dedicated to exploring new materials, improving manufacturing processes, and developing advanced modular housing solutions. By constantly investing in research and development, we stay at the forefront of the industry, bringing the latest and most innovative products to the market. Additionally, our Light Steel Housing Division focuses on the design and production of light steel – structured housing, leveraging the advantages of light steel materials such as high strength – to – weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and quick installation. The Modular Housing Division, on the other hand, specializes in the overall design, production, and integration of modular housing units, providing customers with turn – key solutions.
